RETURN & REFUND POLICY

A Note from Us
As a small, made-to-order brand, we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges the way big-box retailers can — yet. Every item is printed specifically for you, which helps reduce waste but also limits what we can take back.
As we grow, we hope our business model can evolve too.
Thanks for supporting what we’re building — and for understanding the reality behind the cotton.
At IMPAWSTARS, every item is made-to-order. We do not carry inventory or resell returned items. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for issues related to sizing, colour, or buyer’s remorse.
1. What We Accept Refunds or Replacements For
We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
– The product arrives damaged or defective
– The product is misprinted or materially incorrect
– The package is lost in transit and confirmed undelivered
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery (or estimated delivery for lost packages) for your request to be considered.
2. What We Do Not Cover
Refunds and replacements will not be offered for:
– Incorrect size or colour selected by the customer
– Change of mind after ordering
– Minor differences in colour or placement from online previews
– Orders where incorrect shipping information was provided
– Delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events
All items are printed to order based on the information you provide at checkout.
3. How to Submit a Claim
To request a refund or replacement, email support@impawstars.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
– Your order number
– A clear description of the issue
– Photographic evidence, if applicable (for damaged or misprinted items)
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
If your claim is approved, we will either replace the affected item(s) at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.
4. Additional Notes
– Refunds will not be issued without photographic evidence of the issue
– We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet the conditions listed above
– We do not offer return labels or accept mailed returns, as all items are printed on demand
