Who do you ship with?
We ship via major carriers like Canada Post, USPS, and their international partners, depending on where your order is printed and where it’s headed.
Do you charge for shipping?
Yes, shipping costs vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout.
Will I be charged customs or duties?
U.S. orders are produced and shipped within the United States whenever possible, which means most customers won’t see extra import fees.
Canadian orders are usually fulfilled within Canada, but in some cases items may ship from the U.S. Depending on your local customs rules, that could mean import fees on delivery. These charges are set by your local postal or customs agency and aren’t something we can control.
Do you charge GST/HST in Canada?
Yes, on orders in Canada only. As a registered business, we collect GST/HST on Canadian orders. The exact rate depends on your province or territory, and it will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Do you charge sales tax in the U.S.?
No. Orders shipped to U.S. addresses do not include sales tax at this time.
Can I pay for faster shipping?
Sometimes! If express shipping is available in your region, you’ll see the option at checkout. Keep in mind this speeds up the shipping, not the production time.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because each piece is made-to-order, edits or cancellations aren’t guaranteed once production starts. If you need to change something, email support@impawstars.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
What’s your return policy?
Because every item is made-to-order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change-of-mind. That said, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll absolutely make it right.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

My package says it was delivered, but I can’t find it.
First, check with anyone in your household, your front desk, or nearby neighbors, it happens more than you think.
Still can’t locate it? Email us at support@impawstars.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we’ll help figure it out.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, send us an email with your order number and tracking info. We’ll investigate and do our best to make it right.
Why don’t I see taxes at checkout?
Taxes aren’t applied right now because of how our shop is registered. If and when we’re required to collect them under Canadian or U.S. rules, they’ll appear automatically at checkout.

Are your shirts unisex?
Yes, all of our shirts are unisex. For a standard fit, order your usual size. For a looser, streetwear look, size up.

Will you carry women’s cuts?
Not yet, but we plan to test women’s cuts as we grow. Be sure to sign up for emails so you’re first to know when new fits drop.
How do I care for my shirt?
All tees are printed with the same high-quality DTG process, so care is simple:

Machine wash cold, inside out

Use mild detergent, avoid bleach

Tumble dry low, or hang dry to keep prints crisp

Don’t iron directly on the print

What’s the difference between Premium and Basic tees?
Most of our designs are printed on Premium Tees (Comfort Colors 1717), a heavyweight, super-soft cotton shirt with a relaxed streetwear fit. A select few are available on our Basic Tee (Gildan 64000), which is a lighter everyday option that’s still durable and true to size. Both are printed to the same high standard.
Where are your shirts made?
Our blank shirts are sourced from trusted manufacturers in countries like Bangladesh, Honduras, or Nicaragua. They’re then printed, packed, and shipped from regional fulfillment centers (Canada, U.S., or abroad) to keep delivery times down.
